A follow up to “Boyhood with Gurdjieff,” Peters recalls his bumpy return to the U.S. in 1929 at the age of 15 and reconnection with Gurdjieff in Chicago, in 1932. When Peters emerges from World War II shell shocked, fragile, and at the end of his rope, he returns to Paris, to find Gurdjieff and be rescued at the precipice.
